CHICAGO, IL / CHARLOTTE, NC (January 16, 2023) — Suite929tv launched a new video series, “Blvd Bites,” to share the team’s favorite dishes found in and around Chicago, Raleigh, Washington DC, and Charlotte.
Every other month, “Blvd Bites” will feature a standout dish or culinary gem from a local restaurant, food stand or truck — one that a member of the Suite929tv team can’t get enough of. Produced by Delaney Road and hosted by Carlos V. Davis, “Blvd Bites” brings viewers to a (mobile) kitchen for a day of food prepping and to a bar for wine pairing.
The first episode features Chef Rollo from Rollo’s in Charlotte, NC. The Wings & Fries Specialist immediately won over Producer Chuck Holliday. “The first time I tried it, I immediately had to have more,” he said. “It was the kind of dish that’s so good, you feel the need to tell everyone around you. That’s the premise of the show: Here is this thing we love. We think you’ll love it too.”
