CHICAGO, IL / CHARLOTTE, NC; October 5, 2022 – Made Lifestyle Collection, LLC announced today that it has acquired Aria Candles (www.ariacandles.com), an independent specialty-branded scented candle company, from Jansen Candle Creations, LLC, a limited liability company.Made Lifestyle Collection is not putting up any cash to acquire Aria Candles but instead has agreed to absorb the considerable debt accrued by the parent company.

Aria Candles will rebrand as Aria Candle Company and relocate production from Chicago to Charlotte, NC after closing of the transaction (November 2).

From classic apothecary jars to more contemporary pillars, and from paraffin to soy waxes, the brand has an expansive line of products made with meticulous care and craftsmanship by its team in River North, Chicago. Founder Emely Jansen will exit the company. Fashion Model Renee “Raven” Rodrigues has been named Creative Director.
