Managing Director
Chuck “Holliday” Williams is the Managing Director for Lifestyle Republic, the diversified media company founded in 2022. As Managing Director, the New York City native is responsible for all business and revenue operations, including live media, video operations, digital marketing, licensing, advertising and portfolio budgeting.
Holliday is a former Line Producer for shows at LXTV, Bloomberg Television, Bravo (2014 Emmy Award for “The Singles Project”), Oxygen, Sportsnet New York (SNY), CNBC, Conde Nast Entertainment and FOX Business Network.

As General Counsel, Thenjiwe Lyons’ legal experience includes general litigation practice before state and federal courts, with cases ranging from complex commercial disputes to representing clients in agency proceedings and internal investigations.
Ms. Lyons received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from St. Johns University School of Law.

The Boston area native has negotiated partnerships for brands such as BOSE, Puma, NBC Sports Boston (where she also served as an On-Air Host), and Embrace Boston.
